当社が理事会社として参加している、一般社団法人グローバルスタッフ雇用支援協会【通称ＧＳＥＡ】のセミナーが東京国際フォーラムで開催されるため、運営メンバーを兼ねて参加してきました。

この度の研修内容は、
【第一部】
講師　弁護士法人Global HR Strategy 杉田昌平 弁護士
内容　「技能実習・特定技能はこう変わる！」在り方検討会に関する有識者会議を徹底分析！

　☆昨年から話題になっている技能実習・特定技能がこれからどう変わるのか、その為にどの様な準備をしていくのが望ましいのか、などを最新の情報を聞きながら考えることが出来ました。

【第二部】
講師　アレクシア株式会社 代表取締役 紺谷 洋樹
内容　「新制度の施行によりビジネスチャンスが到来！」管理団体・登録支援機関が新制度を活かして拡大する方法を徹底解説！

　☆既に事業として確立した自社での運用を聞けて、今後事業をスタートしていく側にとって有意義な情報が聞けました。

参加者は、エレメンツから福田・島津・徳田・ヒメネズ・加藤・西村・森本、ホットハートから宮田・新垣・竹田・松木が参加してきました。

The Global Staff Employment Assistance Association (a.k.a. GSEA), in which we participate as a board member company, is holding a seminar at the Tokyo International Forum, and I attended the seminar as a member of the management team.

The content of the training was as follows,

Content "Business Opportunities Arrive with the Enforcement of the New System! Thorough explanation of how management organizations and registered support organizations can expand by taking advantage of the new system!

　☆ We were able to hear about operations at our own company, which has already established itself as a business, and heard meaningful information for those who will start their own business in the future.
