令和６年度のキャリアアップ教育訓練ＯＦＦ-ＪＴを川崎市内の派遣先工場内・会議室で実施しました。
内容は、

【研修内容】　メンタル不全にならないための心の持ち方と良い人間関係の作り方
　　　　　　　
【研修講師】　㈱労働新聞社　　栗原　豊　（全国ラジオ体操連盟公認1級）

で総勢２４名の当社派遣社員の方々に参加いただきました！
皆さん、講義の後半では席の隣の方と「互いに良いところを褒め合う」トレーニングを行い、
予想以上に賑やかな研修となりました。

Career advancement training OFF-JT for FY2024 was conducted in a conference room at a client's plant in Kawasaki City.
The contents were as follows,

How to have a good mental attitude and build good human relations in order to avoid mental disorders.

A total of 24 of our temporary employees participated in the seminar!
In the latter half of the lecture, participants trained to “praise each other's good points” with the person sitting next to them,
The training was more lively than expected.
