当社が理事会社として参加している、一般社団法人グローバルスタッフ雇用支援協会【通称ＧＳＥＡ】のセミナーが池袋区民センターで開催されるため、運営メンバーを兼ねて参加してきました。

この度の研修内容は、昨今増加している労働局による派遣元・派遣先への
定期調査(監査)への対応事例や法律実務についてでした。

理解しているハズでも、細かな部分で見逃しているようなこともあり、
とても勉強になりました。

参加者は、エレメンツから福田・島津・徳田・ヒメネズ・山本、ホットハートから新垣・松木・ブレイブが参加してきました。

We participated in a seminar organized by the Global Staff Employment Assistance Association (GSEA), of which we are a member of the board of directors, at the Ikebukuro Kumin Center, serving as an administrative member.

The content of the seminar
was about legal practice and examples of how to respond to the increasing number of periodic investigations (audits) of dispatch sources and clients by the Labor Bureau
.

The training was organized
by the Global Staff Employment Support Association
(an organization in which we also participate as a board member company). The


seminar was very informative , as there were some things that I missed in detail even though I understood them.

Participants were Fukuda, Shimazu, Tokuda, Himenez, and Yamamoto from Elements, and Aragaki, Matsuki, and Brave from Hot Heart.
