この度の研修内容は、

内容　「外国人採用成功の秘訣は、在留資格にあり」
　得意領域の身分系と、留学・家族滞在を含め、参加者を考慮して技能実習生・特定技能にも触れる。在留資格について最近話題である、技能実習生・特定技能のニュースも解説。

☆そもそも、外国の方々のビザとは？など基礎的なことから、求人・採用活動を効率よく行うには？などなど、とても勉強になりました。

講師　株式会社フェニックスミッション　代表　社会保険労務士　伊藤 隆夫 先生
内容「派遣社員ほど発生率の高い労働災害。その実態と防止法について」
　派遣労働者の労働災害発生率は、全労働者の1.7倍も高いというデータがあります。なぜそのような結果になっているのでしょうか。想定されるその原因と、派遣事業者としてどのようにして予防すればいいのかについて、事例を通して解説していきます。

☆外国の方が多く働く派遣先工場などでの、派遣元としての対応の仕方などを学べました！

参加者は、エレメンツから福田・島津・徳田・ヒメネズ、ホットハートから宮田・新垣・竹田が参加してきました。

We have participated in a training session of the Global Staff Employment Assistance Association (GSEA), in which we participate as a board member company.

The content of the training was as follows,

Lecturer: Mr. Yuki Sugaya, Business Manager, Guidable Co.　　　　　　　　　
Content: "The secret of success in hiring foreigners lies in the status of residence.
　He will cover his area of expertise, including status-related issues, study abroad and family stays, and will also touch on technical intern trainees and specified technical skills in consideration of the participants. He also explains the recent news about technical intern trainees and specified technical skills, which have become a hot topic recently regarding residence status.

☆What is a visa for foreign nationals in the first place?
It was a very informative session.

Lecturer: Mr. Takao Ito, Labor and Social Insurance Consultant, Representative of Phoenix Mission Co.
Contents "Occupational accidents occur more frequently among dispatched workers. The actual situation and prevention methods.
　The data shows that the rate of occupational accidents among dispatched workers is 1.7 times higher than that of all workers. Why is such a high rate observed? We will explain the possible causes and how to prevent them as a dispatch business operator through case examples.

☆ We were able to learn how to respond as a dispatching agency to such situations as at factories where many foreign nationals work!

Participants were Fukuda, Shimazu, Tokuda, and Jimenez from Elements, and Miyata, Aragaki, and Takeda from Hot Heart.
