毎年恒例ですが、ＰＣＣＩＪ（在日フィリピン商工会議所）の年末パーティーに参加してきました。
参加メンバーは、島津(SHIMAZU)・ヒメネズ(JIMENEZ)・フジノ(FUJINO)の３名。
場所はなんと、築地駅近くの「ルーク ウィズ スカイラウンジ」４７階で、前方には東京タワー、後方にはスカイツリーという素晴らしい夜景を見ながら異業種の方々と交流を持てた、とても有意義な時間となりました。

待ったなしで既に始まっている労働力不足。
今後の日本全体の大きな課題でありますが、この会にお集まりのフィリピンの方々やフィリピンと日本のビジネスの架け橋になっている方々の熱を感じ、「まだまだこれから！」と感じられた場所でした。


As is customary every year, I attended the year-end party of PCCIJ (Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan).
The participating members were SHIMAZU, JIMENEZ, and FUJINO.
The location was on the 47th floor of "Luke's Sky Lounge" near Tsukiji Station, We were able to have an exchange with people from different industries while enjoying the wonderful night view of Tokyo Tower in the front and Sky Tree in the back, It was a very meaningful time.

The labor shortage has already begun and is a major issue for Japan as a whole in the future.
This is a major issue for Japan as a whole, and I would like to thank the Filipinos who gathered at this meeting as well as the people of the Philippines for their support. I felt the enthusiasm of the Filipinos who gathered at the meeting and those who are bridging the gap between Filipino and Japanese business,
I could feel that there is still a long way to go! I felt that the future is still ahead of us.
